Hendricks Property Management began as a small family effort in San Antonio, built by people who cared about looking after homes the right way. The company grew through steady word of mouth as owners noticed the attention, honesty, and calm problem-solving the Hendricks family brought to every property. Over the years, the business stayed family-run, and the focus stayed the same: treat each home with real care, treat each client with respect, and keep communication clear.

As the city changed, the company adjusted and added better systems, stronger processes, and smoother ways for owners and residents to reach the team. In 2023, Kyle Hendricks, MPM®, RMP® and Lacy Hendricks, RMP® stepped in to guide the next chapter. They kept the heart of the original business while bringing fresh energy and tools that support today’s rental world.
